RESEARCH GROUP LEADER

Group Leader, Department of Archaeology, Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History 

• Head of Stable Isotope Research Laboratory.

• Supervisor of staff including one technician, three PhD students, five postdoctoral researchers, and five visiting researchers. 

• Set-up and management of four Mass Spectrometers, infrastructure, and a variety of peripheral devices.

2018 - Present

SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW

Department of Archaeology, University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia

• Supporting set-up of new stable isotope pretreatment laboratory and external supervisor of stable isotope projects in archaeological contexts.

TEMPORARY LECTURER AND HABILITATION CANDIDATE

• Director and teacher of new Archaeological Science lecture and seminar series for Undergraduates in the Department of Archaeology.
